Stamatia Kantari is an Associate at Politis & Partners and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. in International Private Law and Law of International Business Transactions from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, awarded with distinction. Her postgraduate thesis focused on artificial intelligence and applicable law.

Stamatia supports the firm’s litigation, banking, civil and commercial law practices, advising clients on complex matters and cross-border transactions. Her experience includes drafting legal submissions, handling civil and banking disputes, assisting with enforcement proceedings, reviewing corporate documentation and conducting legal due diligence reviews. She also advises on real estate and property – related matters.

Stamatia has worked on public law and loan-related matters, including over-indebtedness cases, appeals and review of court decisions and loan agreements. Her background further includes experience at the Ministry of Justice and the Consignment Deposits and Loans Fund.

Stamatia remains actively engaged with emerging regulatory developments through ongoing professional training, with particular interest in data protection, artificial intelligence and technology – related legal issues. She is fluent in Greek and English.
