Nikolaos is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration, Banking & Finance, Energy and Commercial Law practices. He advises domestic and international clients on complex disputes, project finance, banking transactions, energy projects, commercial contracts and regulatory matters.

Nikolaos is highly regarded for combining strong courtroom advocacy with a pragmatic understanding of transactional and regulatory issues. He regularly represents clients before the Greek courts, including higher-instance courts, and advises on disputes and transactions involving banking, energy, healthcare, technology, public procurement, industrial operations and cross-border commercial relationships.

His practice is particularly valued in matters requiring both litigation strategy and sector- specific expertise, including project finance disputes, public hospital and public procurement claims, distribution and agency disputes, shareholder and corporate conflicts, and renewable energy projects.

Banking & Finance

Nikolaos advises banks, leasing companies, investment funds, borrowers and corporate clients on banking, finance and investment transactions.
