He is particularly experienced in lender-side project finance mandates, venture and growth investment documentation, and financing structures in the energy, hospitality, healthcare and technology sectors.

• Advised a bank on the financing of a large-scale wind park, including legal due diligence, bond documentation, security arrangements and hedging-related documentation.
• Advised a foreign bank on a cross-border bond financing for the renovation and operation of a landmark hotel in central Athens.
• Advised venture capital investors on seed and pre-seed financings in biotechnology, healthcare and technology companies.
• Advised on healthcare-sector investment transactions involving legal due diligence, capital increase mechanics, shareholder arrangements and investor protection provisions.

Nikolaos advises on renewable energy, project development, energy finance and related disputes. He supports clients across the lifecycle of energy projects, including due diligence, licensing and permitting review, project documentation, financing support, commercial contracts and dispute resolution.

His energy practice combines transactional, regulatory and contentious experience, enabling him to advise lenders, developers, investors and project companies on both project implementation and risk management.

• Represented a multinational healthcare group in significant distribution-related litigation involving claims for damages, lost profits and goodwill indemnity following termination of a commercial relationship.
• Represented an international technology company in employment litigation initiated by a former senior executive, securing favourable outcomes at both first instance and appeal level.
• Represented a healthcare company in administrative litigation against public hospitals and public bodies in relation to unpaid invoices under public supply contracts.
• Acted in a cross-border commercial dispute involving distribution arrangements and arbitration-related issues between entities in Greece and Malta.
